The path

“Iturbide, is the name of the street in my village, Lasarte (Álava), where I used to play as a child. We used to carry a clay pot and go to the fountain to get fresh water, because my grandmother used to say that that was the best water. I remember that path being full of nettles and mint, of life and authenticity“.

Iturbide in Basque means ‘path to the source’ and that is why our project is so called, because our path has just begun. It is the path that brings together others that have already begun long ago. Iturbide Projects relies on the collaboration of a group of consultants who are passionate about their profession, each one of them bringing the best of themselves in their own speciality.

María Díaz

Architect from the University of Navarra.

She runs MBDA+, an architecture, design and urban planning studio set up in 2008 in Barcelona, formed by a young team of architects, designers and professionals from various disciplines.

Toni Lozano

Degree in Business Administration from EUNCET and Master in Real Estate from the University of Barcelona.

Business Financial Consultant and Analyst, specialized in real estate investment management and family office.

Lara Monset

Degree in Economics from Pompeu Fabra University and Master in Strategic Management of Tourism Companies.

His experience combines financial controlling and business management specialized in hospitality.

She has an extensive background as a director of both hotel and student housing.

Luca Cerullo

Luca Cerullo, graduated “cum laude” (MH) in Architecture from the “Universitá degli studi di Firenze” and the ETSA of Seville.

He developed his professional activity in Barcelona in the office of Carlos Ferrater (OAB) for ten years.

In 2005 he opened his firm Luca Cerullo Architects, expanding the family office opened in Florence in 1974, where he develops architecture, urbanism and interior design projects for public and private clients.

Quim Badenes

Degree in Economics from the University of Barcelona, Master MBA Esade.

Professor of Branded Content at ECS European Communication School.

He began his career in the area of marketing in the food sector and has specialized as a creator and producer of audiovisual content, visual storytelling.

Since 2018 he directs the production company KLIMAX that works for corporations creating more humanized company videos and also ventures into the world of documentary with a main testimonial base, based on people’s stories.

Cristina Dz Argote

Degree in Marketing Business Administration from the UPV Elkano.

With more than twenty years of experience in accountancy and controlling, she is an account manager at Vasset, advising multi-family office and head of the ITURBIDE delegation in Vitoria-Gasteiz.

Reme Faz

Hotel consultancy specialising in profitability, operational efficiency and design of memorable experiences. She accompanies independent hotels and chains in the optimization of processes, the improvement of positioning and the implementation of sustainable strategies that generate measurable and lasting results.

She combines a solid strategic foundation with an innovative vision of the sector, supported by specific training: Master’s Degree in Tourism Business Management from the UAB (2021-2022) and the Advanced Programme in Circular Economy from ESADE (2023).

Lina Usuga

She holds a Master degree in finance from Vlerick Management School and is an industrial engineer from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia.

Lina has an international career and brings with her 13 years working in emerging economies. In ABN AMRO/ RBS and Standard Bank.

She led the equity investment of the International Finance Corporation – World Bank in Acalis, a leading provider of elderly care in Latin America and structured the real estate deals for the first operation of Acalis in Medellin and Bogota.

Guillem Cotrina

Diploma in business from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.

Master in Auditing from the UVIC and Master in Tax Consultancy from the Isabel I University

Consultant and professor in various business schools. He leads CBC, accounting, tax and labor advice.

Sara Feijóo

Specialist in communication strategies.

Degree in Advertising and Public Relations and postgraduate specialized in corporate communication strategy, from the Ramon Llull University.
