Sustainability is a necessary and irrevocable journey. At ITURBIDE we study what sustainable solutions a building can have in its construction and operations. We analyse the materiality, energy efficiency of the building, water consumption, the circular economy, its emissions, waste and recycling. Reporting
On 23 February 2022, the European Commission presented the Proposal for a Directive on corporate sustainability due diligence (CRSD). By 2024, nearly 50,000 companies will be required to submit sustainability reports.
This reporting is going to be compulsory for companies, but we believe that it can also be an opportunity for companies to react positively by implementing measures and also publish them on their websites and social networks, which will support social awareness and also improve brand reputation.
