ResiVallès Opening & Asset Management

This is the reconversion of an old ceramics factory into a university accommodation with 64 beds.

In an area where there is currently no offer of student residences despite the great demand due to the proximity of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.

ITURBIDE has carried out the start-up of the building, the contracting of the equipment, suppliers and institutional relations with both the city council and the university.

The artist Anna Taratiel has designed several drawings, they are inspired in the history of the building.
