Newly built university residence integrated into the UPC Campus (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya).

The campus brings together teaching and research activities, offering accommodation to students, teachers and researchers, and families of residents.

It has 191 rooms, 250 beds, with an innovative combination of long and short stays.

It is a project in which the design and sustainability of the building stand out along with social commitment, since food & beverage, cleaning, laundry, gardening and night concierge work are carried out by non-profit organizations.

Construction technical solutions

In collaboration with the technical direction of the works and construction company.

  • Coordination of final details of delivery of the building
  • Adaptation of the building to residence operations
